BYU's Collage Templates for Drupal

I ported the BYU web templates to a Drupal theme set and whipped Drupal into shape so that it would generate dynamic pages indistinguishable from any other BYU site, save for the standards compliant code and the amazing feature set afforded by Drupal community contributed modules.

Floralyst is an elegantly simple site with a clean look and tasteful JavaScript image galleries.

i <3 stella

Most blog engines and Content Management Systems have a distinct look. Despite the best efforts of themers and developers, it is usually fairly obvious which sites are powered by WordPress, and which are made with Drupal.

i <3 stella is a personal blog powered by Drupal seeking to challenge these standards. The primary criteria for this site's style is that it not look like just other Drupal site. i <3 stella's minimalist design centers around a single, narrow column for page content. The color scheme was chosen to match the scooter after which the site was named.

As with all of my work, i <3 stella has standards compliant XHTML and CSS and search engine friendly content. It also serves as a development testbed for anti-spam measures and search engine optimizations.

justin hileman dot info is a personal blog powered by Drupal. It is currently running a custom horizontal layout template. The site uses AJAX, JavaScript and CSS magic extensively.

While the site relies heavily on JavaScript and CSS, it degrades gracefully when either or both are not available. Because of this, the site is fully functional on anything from a cell phone to the latest version of Firefox. It also features completely standards complaint CSS and Strict XHTML.

Photos By Wendy G is a portfolio site for a wedding and portrait photographer. The site has a custom management interface which makes gallery management and content uploading trivial for the photographer. Thumbnail images are automagically generated, and galleries use an intuitive taxonomy based structure, so the photographer is able to easily maintain her own content and have control over her website.

Utah's Rockin' in Rhythm Lindy Hop Weekend

Rockin' in Rhythm, an annual swing dance workshop weekend, needed a modern take on vintage style. Graphics and styling are reminiscent of show posters for live jazz bands from the thirties. The clean, simple presentation is familiar and accessible to the internet savvy generation.
